This policy explains what data is processed when you visit amorc.life, the website of the Rosicrucian Order AMORC in Ukraine, why it is needed, and how you can control your data. The Order follows the principles of awareness, harmony and respect for personal freedom, and we process only the minimum of data the site needs to work.
1. Membership application (Google Forms)
Membership applications and enquiries are received through a Google Forms form. The form opens on Google’s website and asks for your name (required), phone, email, region of residence (required) and information about yourself (required).
This data is used only to review your application and contact you. It is stored in the Google account used by the Order and processed by Google under its privacy policy. We do not sell or share this data with third parties and do not use it for advertising.
2. Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
To understand which parts of the site are useful, we use Google Analytics (via the Site Kit by Google plugin). It uses cookies and collects non-identifying information such as which pages were viewed, from what kind of device and from which region. We cannot identify you from this data. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
3. YouTube videos
Videos on this site do not load automatically. Until you press play, your browser only fetches a preview image from YouTube’s servers. After you press play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube (Google) may process viewing data under its own rules.
4. Fonts and technical logs
The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device’s IP address. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type and request time — for security and reliable operation; they are kept for a limited time.
5. What the site does not have
There is no registration, user accounts, comments, payments or newsletter on this site. We do not build user profiles or use automated decision-making.
6. Retention
Application data is kept for as long as needed to review your application and stay in touch with you, or until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to its processing. To do so, send a request through the contact form and describe it in the “Информация о себе” (About yourself) field.
8. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when new sections are added to the site. The current version is always published on this page.
